Nothing in this document limits mandatory rights granted under applicable consumer protection or data protection legislation.
4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Customer acquires physical possession of the Goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a clear statement to the Company before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned Goods must be sent back within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
The Customer may use the model withdrawal form provided by the Company, but it is not mandatory.
5. General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Goods must be unused and unworn
- Goods must not be washed or altered
- All original tags and labels must remain attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Goods must be suitable for resale
The Company reserves the right to inspect all returned Goods.
Refunds may be reduced if the value of the Goods has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
6. Hygiene-Sensitive Goods (Enhanced Protection Clause)
In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed Goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
For underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, and intimate garments:
The right of withdrawal may be refused if:
- Hygiene seals or protective liners are removed or damaged
- Goods show signs of wear
- Goods contain deodorant, makeup, perfume, body odor, or stains
- Goods have been stretched, washed, or altered
- Goods cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
If returned Goods are deemed unsellable for hygiene reasons, the Company may:
- Refuse the refund
- Apply a proportional reduction of the refund
- Return the Goods to the Customer at the Customer’s expense
The Company may document the condition of returned Goods for compliance and legal defense purposes.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned (unless defective):
- Hygiene-sensitive Goods with removed seals
- Gift cards or digital products
- Goods marked as “final sale” where legally permitted
- Personalized or custom-made Goods
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the Customer wishes to exchange Goods:
- A withdrawal request must be submitted within 14 days
- The original Goods must be returned in accordance with this Policy
- A new order may be placed for the replacement item
The Company may offer direct exchanges at its discretion.
Shipping costs for exchanges may apply unless the exchange results from defective or incorrect Goods.
9. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from:
- Receipt and inspection of returned Goods, or
- Receipt of proof of return shipment
Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs are refunded only if required by applicable law.
Additional delivery costs (e.g., express shipping upgrades) are non-refundable.
The Company may withhold the refund until returned Goods are received and inspected.
10. Defective or Incorrect Goods
If Goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, the Customer must notify the Company without undue delay.
The Customer may be asked to provide:

Return shipping costs for confirmed defective or incorrect Goods will be reimbursed.
11. Return Shipping

Use of a tracked shipping method is strongly recommended.

12. Refusal of Parcel or Failed Delivery

- Refusal without legal grounds

- Handling fees
from any refund.
13. Abuse of Return Rights

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters,
- governmental actions or restrictions,
- war, civil unrest, or strikes,
- cyberattacks or large-scale technical failures,
- telecommunications or utility disruptions.
Performance of obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such event.
18. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of this document is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Failure by the Company to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

The Company reserves the right to update or amend this document at any time.
The version published on the Website at the time of the relevant transaction shall apply unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Amendments shall not affect Contracts already concluded unless required by mandatory law.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this document shall be subject to the competent courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to the right of consumers to bring proceedings in their country of residence in accordance with applicable EU law.
Nothing in this section limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable legislation.
Consumers may also submit disputes through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
