These Gift Card Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the purchase, activation, and use of gift cards available on bipspf.com, as well as their use for payment of selected products during a fitting appointment with a bra fitter ( brafairy.com ).
By purchasing a gift card, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in full. The use of a gift card also constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please refrain from purchasing or using a gift card.

1. General Provisions
These Gift Card Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of gift cards issued by the online store bipspf.com (hereinafter – the “Store”).
The gift card qualifies as a Single-Purpose Voucher (SPV) within the meaning of applicable EU VAT legislation, as VAT is determined at the time of sale.
By purchasing or using the gift card, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Purchase and Denominations
Gift cards are available in several denominations, which can be selected at the time of purchase.
All gift cards are issued in Euros (EUR).
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
3. Validity Period
The gift card is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase.
After the expiration date, any remaining balance will be cancelled and cannot be refunded or restored.
4. Redemption and Use
The gift card may be used:
For purchases made online at bipspf.com
For payment of selected products during a bra fitting appointment with a bra fitter ( brafairy.com )
The gift card:
May be used partially. Any unused balance will remain available until the expiration date.
Cannot be combined with another gift card in a single transaction.
May be used together with active discounts, promotional offers, or promo codes unless otherwise specified.
May be transferred to another person. The Store is not responsible for the use of the card by any third party who has access to the gift card code.
5. Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds are not available once the gift card has been used (fully or partially).
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers purchasing a digital gift card may lose the 14-day withdrawal right if the card has been delivered and activated with the customer’s prior consent.
If a gift card has not been used, refund requests will be assessed in accordance with applicable Lithuanian consumer protection laws.
6. Loss, Theft, or Unauthorized Use
If a gift card code is lost, the customer must immediately contact the Store administrator.
The Store will make reasonable efforts to identify the customer and restore the lost gift card number.
If the customer’s identity or proof of purchase cannot be confirmed, the gift card number will be considered permanently lost.
The Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized use of gift card codes.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel a gift card transaction if fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected.
The Store is not liable for technical errors, system failures, or circumstances beyond its control affecting the use of the gift card.
8. Final Provisions
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union legislation.
The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version applicable to the gift card is the one in force at the time of purchase.
To purchase a gift card, simply follow a few easy steps:
Go to the “Gift Card” product page.
Select the desired gift card denomination.
Enter the recipient’s email address — the person who will receive the gift card.
Add your name and write a few warm wishes in the message field — this will make your gift more personal and meaningful.
Complete your order and proceed with payment using your preferred payment method.
Once the payment is successfully completed, the gift card will be automatically sent to the recipient’s email address along with your heartfelt message and a unique code that can be used to pay for purchases on the website.

ПРАВИЛА И УСЛОВИЯ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ПОДАРОЧНОЙ КАРТЫ
1. Общие положения
Настоящие Правила и условия использования подарочной карты регулируют порядок приобретения и использования подарочных карт, выпускаемых интернет-магазином bipspf.com (далее — «Магазин»).
Подарочная карта квалифицируется как ваучер целевого назначения (Single-Purpose Voucher, SPV) в соответствии с применимым законодательством ЕС о НДС, поскольку НДС определяется в момент продажи.
Приобретая или используя подарочную карту, покупатель подтверждает согласие с настоящими Правилами и условиями.
2. Приобретение и номиналы
Подарочные карты доступны в нескольких номиналах, которые выбираются покупателем при оформлении заказа.
Все подарочные карты выпускаются в валюте евро (EUR).
Подарочные карты не могут использоваться для покупки других подарочных карт.
3. Срок действия
Подарочная карта действительна в течение 12 (двенадцати) месяцев с даты покупки.
По истечении срока действия неиспользованный остаток аннулируется и восстановлению или возврату не подлежит.
4. Использование карты
Подарочная карта может быть использована:
для покупок онлайн на сайте bipspf.com
для оплаты выбранных товаров во время примерки у бра-фиттера на сайте brafairy.com
Подарочная карта:
Может использоваться частично. Неиспользованный остаток сохраняется на балансе до истечения срока действия.
Не может быть объединена с другой подарочной картой в рамках одной транзакции.
Может использоваться совместно с действующими скидками, акциями и промокодами, если иное не указано отдельно.
Может быть передана другому лицу. Магазин не несёт ответственности за использование карты третьими лицами, получившими доступ к коду подарочной карты.
5. Возврат и право отказа
Подарочная карта не подлежит обмену на денежные средства.
Возврат средств невозможен после полного или частичного использования карты.
В соответствии с законодательством ЕС о защите прав потребителей, при покупке цифровой подарочной карты право отказа в течение 14 дней может быть утрачено, если карта была доставлена и активирована с предварительного согласия покупателя.
Если подарочная карта не была использована, запросы на возврат рассматриваются в соответствии с действующим законодательством Литовской Республики о защите прав потребителей.
6. Утрата, кража или несанкционированное использование
В случае утраты кода подарочной карты покупатель обязан незамедлительно связаться с администратором Магазина.
Магазин предпримет разумные меры для идентификации покупателя и восстановления утерянного номера подарочной карты.
Если личность покупателя или факт покупки не могут быть подтверждены, номер подарочной карты считается безвозвратно утраченным.
Магазин не несёт ответственности за утерю, кражу, удаление или несанкционированное использование кода подарочной карты.
7. Ограничение ответственности
Магазин оставляет за собой право отказать в проведении операции или аннулировать подарочную карту при подозрении на мошенничество, злоупотребление или нарушение настоящих Правил.
Магазин не несёт ответственности за технические ошибки, сбои системы или обстоятельства, находящиеся вне его разумного контроля, которые могут повлиять на использование подарочной карты.
8. Заключительные положения
Настоящие Правила регулируются законодательством Литовской Республики и применимым законодательством Европейского Союза.
Магазин оставляет за собой право вносить изменения в данные Правила в любое время. К подарочной карте применяется версия Правил, действующая на момент её покупки.
